Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Refund Policy

  1. All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an error was made by Lonely’s Shop in processing the order.
  2. Refunds are not available if you have used the software or hardware product after purchase.
  3. Lonely’s Shop reserves the right to discontinue subscriptions at any time without issuing refunds or guarantees regarding future access.

2. Hardware Products

  • All hardware sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Shipping addresses can be updated prior to label printing, but after the label is printed, no changes will be accommodated.
  • Refusal of the package or payment of your counties duties, taxes and fees are not grounds for a refund.

3. Account and Service Violations

  • Accounts found engaging in activities such as sharing, selling subscriptions, or manipulating the software will be permanently banned with no refund.
  • Any attempt to bypass security features, including hardware locks, will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4. Service Termination

  • Subscriptions may be terminated by Lonely’s Shop at any time without warning or liability.
  • “Lifetime” or “Forever” subscriptions grant access as long as the specific service is available. Once terminated, you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
  • If software requires you to reinstall your operating system, no refund will be issued, but support will be provided to assist with the process.
